Xbox game pass ultimate delayed activation

Hi, I was offered 12 months of game pass ultimate when I came across to EE from BT. At the time I had no need for it, but my son's recently bought a PC so he'd like to use it. When I go to the text which invited me to activate the offer it takes me to the subscription page where I can sign up for game pass but I don't get the 12 months free. Has anyone experienced similar?

It's great that you now have a use for the pass. It sounds like the link may have expired if you got it a while ago so I'd recommend speaking to our team who can look into this for you.
