About 2 weeks ago I purchased the Xbox through add to plan with 2 years game pass ultimate, I was sent the text the day it arrived to activate, I followed the steps (entering the phone number then the authorisation code) and it kept saying they were having technical difficulties and this has happened every day for 2 weeks and I still can’t link the game pass to Microsoft account as I can’t get pass this first stage.I looked in the forum and seen about texting GPU to 150 and that didn’t work either.

the text EE sent two weeks ago was saying it was ready to add etc.

Whenever I try calling it puts me through to use the visual menu which doesn’t help and if I wait on the phone I’m there close to an hour, I don’t have that kind of time to be waiting.

Hiya I am trying to connect but getting the same issues as you, did you manage to sort it? I text GPU to 150 as you said in your first post and got the following

Hi its is saying xbox gpu addon is already activated so how do i please use it on my xbox thankyou.

Did you set up the Game Pass through a link that was sent?

I believe you will need to link with your Microsoft Account.
