Anyone else ordered Xbox ally and heard nothing after confirmation email?. Mine went from usually dispatched in 7 days to dispatched in over 28 days.  I’ve also noticed that the product page sometimes changes to last few left in stock  which I would’ve thought if it is saying this mine would get dispatched but so far nothing

How long did it take for it to come? I’m in the same boat, said it would be dispatched next day and I’m waiting still nearly 2 weeks later

I ordered mine on the 17th December 2025, and has been 'preparing for dispatch' since then.  I have rang up EE twice and both times it was mentioned they would add a note something about stock (which makes sense) and then my order possibly being missed due to first come first serve basis.  I would give them a ring, I am expected to see an update by the end of the week....my fingers and toes are crossed!

Ee have cancelled my order and say there is no stock although the website still says there are some left in stock.  This is highly annoying and frustrating, its been 3 weeks and only now I get an update, this was supposed to be a Christmas present.  Can ee not just reinstate the order and send one in stock or at least stop misinformong customers.
