@Princess2001 You can only purchase a PS5 via the add to plan store if you’re a contract customer of EE and had that contract over 30 days and are under 17 months of having that contract. You are expected to pay for this via your monthly phone bill.
You’ll be asked to sign in to your account to make the purchase and if you don’t have a monthly billing account you’ll not be able to sign in. The community account is just that a community account an not a billing account.
