Hiya, I'm trying to pay for a game for my son on Xbox via EE, so far I have tried the following to resolve this
Removing my spending cap by texting to 150
Unbar my account again by texting to 150
The value of the game is £43.54 but reduced to £28.54 after using my gift car
Any help would be appreciated, thankyou
