Switch bundle

I brought a switch bundle for my child and was told it would have Mario kart. Nothing in box and nothing on App Store any one know if it should be a game in a box or even a code in box. Nothing in box

Does your box come with Mario kart on the box? 

Any code will be on the paperwork with the device, that is if you purchased that box set.
