I purchased a game through EE to pay monthly, I got a confirmation email but have never received the game. 
I spoke to someone on Facebook messenger with EE and they said it’s not on my account and said to call the digital sales team. 
But surly if I’ve received a confirmation email from EE themselves then it should be on my account?
