Sorry me again !

 

I ordered the ps5 on 29th July 

 and the £20 upfront payment was taken .

 

my bill has since been processed and paid but it was missing the £45 for the console per month .

 

when can I expect the first ps5 monthly payment ?

@FormattedGnu , have you received the PS5 yet? If the payment was close to the bill statement, then it will be on the next bill, this will depend when your statement and bill date is.

Ps5 not received yet no .
Should be this coming week though 🙂

Does that mean as it hasn’t been received it’ll be on the next billing
cycle ?
My Bill for the month Just gone my allowances reset on the 26th July and
then payment was taken for that on the 4th August .

My ps5 was ordered on the 29th July

@FormattedGnu , Correct, it will be on the next bill, as EE only start taking payments once they have sent the products out or you have received the products.
