Hi I ordered a ps5 on Tuesday 14th March and the upfront payment has been taken and I got a email confirmation with the xko number but have had no further messages about delivery or anything? How long will this take?

Welcome to the EE Community. 

PS5's are usually dispatched within 2-3 days, the EE Shop online will show an estimated dispatch time. 

DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery once the order has been dispatched. 

If you would like to check the order has been processed, please call us on 150 🙂
