I haven't received the text for Xbox Ultimate as part of the Series X bundle.
Is the only option to call 150 to get it rectified?

I spoke to a very nice lady from technical support, who after a few minutes was able to get the system to send me a link through which I could activate the add-on.
Thanks for your help, it was much appreciated.

How long ago did you receive the Xbox Series X? (edited from Series S to Series X)
Do you have a mobile contract with us and have added the Xbox to the same account?

Yes, I have a contract with EE and I added the Series X Bundle to the same account.
I ordered it on the 9th Feb, and it was delivered on the 11th Feb. I actually forgot about the Gamepass until I noticed the reminder that my current Gamepass was about to end (I previously had an add-on from BT but cancelled when I bought the bundle).

But I have no idea, how I would connect it to my Microsoft Account.

I actually restarted playing Resident Evil 2/3. I have them on PC but great games nevertheless.
