That doesn't quite work. Receiving an error message: "Sorry, due to a technical problem we're currently unable to remove your add-on. Please try again later."

Welcome to the community.
Are you facing the same error through the EE app and your main online account?
Have you tried removing this on more than one occasion, and if so, do you find the same error?
It may also be worth trying a different device or web browser.

Hi,
This happens through EE mobile app, and web browser (Chrome and Edge).
I have tried multiple times on each platform - to no avail.
