EE billing

I have been trying to purchase something on the play store via EE billing and it just keeps saying I have reached my limit and to contact 150. I have wasted a few hours on this now. I payed my bill 4 days ago. Billing and support technicians at ee have said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my account at all and to contact google to which they are saying the same thing. My credit limit is really high and I have no spend cap and my bills are up to date and always are. What is going on??

Hi @Nathandezso96

EE is a mobile communication company not a bank. Paying on your bill is a benefit not a right. It maybe one of a few different reasons but as there is no account access on these forums then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for the exact reason.

Or use another payment method.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

Hi @Nathandezso96,

Is the purchase you're trying to make over the £40 single transaction limit?
