Black ops 6 codes

I've been trying to get a code for the black ops 6 nazir bundle for ages now and it would have of been nice for people with gaming bundles with ee to be sent them automatically what would of made sense but scalpers got to it first for a code and now I'm not sure if the promotion is still going on because it's showing the black Friday banner and nothing to do with bundle would be helpful to know if it's still going on or not

I would think you've missed the boat.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

How is this helpful at all? EE customers are just trying to get something because we pay monthly for a service so this is like a thank you and instead it would seem people got multiple codes and are now selling them at a cost of anything from £20-£100. How can a company as big as EE with a gaming focused sales base offer a code for a game as big as COD and ‘run out’ of codes??? Here’s an idea. How about none and void all none used codes from this point and start again so these scalpers can poke it and codes can be distributed fairly to those who would like one. It’s not that difficult

@MrPau1   It was a limited number of codes and only EE customers could get the code.   Anyone selling a code is probably just trying to scam you.   There’s been a few posts on here about people being scammed because they purchased a code from elsewhere.
You can not prove they are selling genuine codes you are just assuming they are.

Provided it was an EE number requesting the code then a code would have been given.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B So you are assuming the codes people are selling are not genuine and have not been gained by people on EE for profit! The assumption reply works both ways

I am working on the assumption due to the balance of probability with the facts that are present and came with a solution that EE could provide for those who ‘missed the boat’. You on the other hand came with the assumption that EE did not drop the ball on this one and every code was issued to an EE customer who then used it for its intended purpose and not for quick coin.

The codes are being sold, that is a fact, all you have to do is go on a code selling site for games and they are all on there and with said sites it’s a bit like eBay, no code no money.

As I implied in my original message. EE dropped the ball on this on and it’s a shame but it could be rectified by cancelling all previous codes so unused codes are then non and void (used ones would have been used so cancelling them would not revoke those who have the item in game) and reissuing new ones. It isn’t rocket science

EE themselves do not have the right to issue codes, this falls somewhere in the agreement between EE and Activision for this promotion. It could simply be that Activision only gave a limited number of codes, hard to say.

We could go round and round on this speculating and pontificating, but the reality is all promos like these are limited in some way. Whether it be time or quantity, someone was always going to miss out. It was live from the launch of the game and a good number of people who were excited and engaged in the community were able to get their codes first.

Yes it probably could've been run better, but these forums will never be able to put that issue to bed and the conversation becomes no more than ranting into the void. It will not result in a code magically appearing in anybodys inbox, the only avenue for answers is through EE directly.

@MrPau1   The codes that were available stop around 2 weeks ago as that’s when there was no more available.    Unfortunately you missed out on getting one by 2 weeks and if you want to try and purchase one of these so called codes go for it.   Just remember the codes ran out around 2 weeks ago and now more are being made available for purchase..  Mmm.

You are also suggesting that EE gains back the unused codes.    Sorry to say how do you know that all unused codes as you seem to imply are being sold.   Someone might simply be waiting to give it to someone and you want EE to take it back because it’s not been used yet.

but more importantly none of this matters anyway,  it’s a simple fact of you missed out by around 2 weeks and now your complaining about missing out on something that you actually wasn’t entitled to but what could’ve claimed as a promotion if you had done this while codes where still available.

Thats right you wasn’t entitled to anything just because you are an EE customer.
