@ShopperHolic01 Three operations for the light, full on, dim at 50%, and finally off then when off only comes on for fault conditions, you may be able to set via the app, if not web manager interface for sure, https://192.168.1.254 to get that option.

The app currently has an issue. Many may have this but not flagged it on here.

I have a case open with EE but I imagine they are busy trying to sort it.

For some reason the app logged me off and when I try to log me back in it says we're having troubles i can log into the website just fine but not the app is anyone else having troubles with the app,

I think there are many with the logon loop issue. 

I'm led to believe that they know about it but it could be a long time before its fixed.

I have a ticket open with them directly about it.

Know error, there is a more complete thread with others experiencing the same issues.

Unable to manage there own hubs.

I have the same problem. The link provided simply takes me back to the beginning of the help screen.

For comparisons sake..

Access to my account via the website works perfectly, but the app has kicked me out and I now get the sign in > enter login > enter password > "sorry there's a problem" > enter password > "sorry there's a problem". Occasionally it will progress to the "choose a PIN" stage, but sooner or later it'll bounce back to the same loop.

Pretty sure this has only happened since the latest app update, but I can't prove that.

@ee_user14 EE app was dated as updated April 23rd and is on a two week cycle for change, sometime in a week you should be able to check again and see if the version has an update,....

Im having this exact issue and just after upgrading my contract too, something needs to be done and some communication from them would be nice to tbh
