Wi-Fi maintenance

I get really annoyed every time I want to pause the Wi-Fi because teenagers are constantly on it , I can’t pause it when you’re doing maintenance because I don’t know how long the maintenance is going to take, so I now have teenagers Using wifi to s The length of time you are doing a maintenance which they think is great because I have no access for being able to control, because there was no time that they are on the WiFi.

Thanks for taking the time to flag this, @Dasher01 

We always aim to keep any app maintenance to times where the fewest number of customers will be affected, and always aim to sort things as soon as we can. 

This should all be complete now though, and we'll certainly take your feedback on board with this.

Why are people moaning at EE for them not being the parents & being in charge?

@garybs29 , I think customers expect  to be able to access parental control 24/7, but if they set it up so that children cannot access wifi at certain times, then that should be automatic, with grown ups still being able to use it, I would have thought, so then they complain to EE and moan they cannot access it and blame them, as usual, they have to blame someone, so they take it out on EE.
