Hi, I have a pay as you go phone 

but tombola won’t let me go on the site unless it’s connected to WiFi 

I have checked all the settings 

now it says it’s down to the network provider 

it used to let me do it off of my data 

but now it won’t

any help would be great

Hi @MarkyMac66 

It sounds like your Content Lock is active. Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to find out more. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. 
Alternatively, you can visit any EE store with some photo ID. Once verified your content lock will be removed. 

If you've already removed your content lock in the past- have you tried switching your phone off and back on?
