If you have a pay monthly mobile account, you can contact us through chat in the EE app.
You just need to go to Help, scroll to the bottom and select Talk to us and then Message Us.
If you have a broadband or pay as you go mobile account, chat is not available and you'll need to call us to speak to someone.
