New iOS app is AWFUL

New app update is terrible. Just a sales document offering more products and services I don’t want. Keeps.telling I have to link my mobile number but when I try it Tyrell’s me I’m already registered. Now very difficult & time consuming to get to data gifting section.
this app was fine about a year ago now it’s been ruined by designers who obviously never use it as a customer. Pathetic.

What is the full error message you see when trying to link your number?
Have you registered it with a different email address in the past?

It says you have to link a product
> enter user name
Enter password, (has never been changed for 10 years)
Link a product -EE mobile
Enter mobile number
Send passcode
It finds a EE mobile Account number ****
Link your products
Confirm you pay the bills
Then it tells me that number is already linked, and asks to link a different number, so I have no option but to cancel
So I'm stuck and can't get into my account
It does all of this every time I open the app.
I need to transfer data to my family every few days and it's now impossible.
Can anyone help, it’s driving me nuts, it plainly doesn't work

Yes, the most recent update is poor. On mine I appear to have had my ‘reset’ date changed to a date 2 weeks after when it should have been. If I login on an un-updated app (iPad) then it shows the original date! Don’t they bother to test these apps before they hoist them on us?
