Unable to view second account information using new app. Able to see both accounts when using web.

@sanisc When you first open the app you just click change product in the box below.

Selected change product and my wife's account and I under data remaining " something went wrong we cannot show you your remaining data at the moment "

No unlimited pay as you go pack ( just purchased using web). I can view both accounts on line. Problem displaying second account getting error message

We are not pay as you go. Using the app I can see my usage however unable to view in my wife account

Unfortunately I am unable to do this currently. I will be able to do this on Saturday. I've included two screen shots taken from my phone details of the problem. Hope this helps
