@joconghaile Your bb account number is at the top of your bill.
You set this up once so you had access to that account number.
if your a EE BB customer do you have a phone line with EE ? If you do you’ll not be charged to call, if your a EE phone contract customer your not charged to call EE, you are charged if you are a PAYG customer and if you are and you can not resolve this yourself and you don’t want call then it’ll not be resolved, obviously.
