Manage not working on app

Whenever I go to manage on my app it shows up with broadband mobile accessories and gaming rather than what it usually would show. This is very annoying because I want to set up direct debit and I can’t

What does it normally show? Have you tried selecting Mobile?

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check how everything is set up from our side.
