Its showing Account closed why

Hi There,

 

When I am accessing my EE account its showing its closed. I am a pay monthly customer regularly paying the bills including the latest one paid on 20th june by Direct Debit,

 

I had also called the Customer Service on 25th June 2022 and informed that I am going to Geneva for Summer school and asked about roaming services. I was informed that Roaming is free in my case as its an old connection. 

 

As my roaming was not working, I went for checking it my app, its showing the account is closed. Its very strange. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at earliest.

This is not customer service, but a public forum with no access to your account, so you would have to contact customer service. There is a free number you can find by clicking on the contact EE at the top of this page using Skype.

 

Hope you manage to see the sites in Geneva, lovely town and country, I lived there..Have you not been  able to make or receive calls or text.

 

Are you still in the UK, if so are you able to call using 150 and speak to customer service?

Hello

I am not living here, I am in Geneva for 2 weeks and I have not had any
service or data. It seems that my number has been disconnected but I did
not make this request. Apparently, on the 26th of June my account was asked
to be disconnected but I was stuck in Amsterdam so I didn't make this
request. What would you suggest I do?
