We need more information before we can help you. You want to return to previous what?

If you are on contract and still within your minimum term, this would mean, you will have to pay the rest of your contract minus 20% of the remaining months payment, you cannot just change to what you had previously unless it is a higher amount, then you will have to speak to customer service or do it as an upgrade, but may still have to speak to customer service.
