I have an envelope in post today without my name on it to send a device back I sent my trade in back weeks ago

Did you return your device by special delivery?

 

Best check with EE on 150 that they've received it.

@Leanneok82 if you’ve used the returns envelope your name doesn’t have to be on it as there are codes on it that link to you so they know exactly who sent that device.  

I had confirmation that it had been returned 

The envelope it come in didn't have my name on it
