Please look at my past calls to ee with regards to service internet connection and Data.
I was promised a call back when I received a replacement sim card to see if it corrected the issues I've been having. Never got a call and issues are still ongoing. My friend has the same phone same ee network and no issues. I can be in same room and there service is fine but mines not?
Calls are still getting disconnected randomly too.
Please look into this then call me after 5pm Monday to Friday or anytime weekends.

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are.

Welcome to the community.
I would definitely recommend speaking to our technical support team again so that this can be investigated further.
