Hi all.
I currently have mine & my son's phone on my account. I've ordered a new watch5 Pro but had to do this over the phone as my app says that I'm currently unable to add products to my account. I was told that this wasn't the case when I ordered my watch but the app is still showing that it is. Anyone any ideas ?

It could be related to the total cost of your products, rather than the number of connections. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to take a look at your account and give you a detailed run down of your eligibility for additional products.
