App not working and site not working

Updates to the site every Tuesday what for can't do anything on both the app and online site,,, price increase to much been a loyal customer time to switch I think.

@Marty21  There working for me.    Is it just Tuesday or every day ?    If it’s every day then call customer services and request an account reset.    

 Account maintance happens in the early hours so there’s less disruption to customers but sometimes this account maintance can cause issues with customers logging in and they need an account reset..
