App down can’t share data

Anyone got any ideas on how data can be shared while the app is down? My daughter is in need of data which I have lots of but am now unable to share. Do I have to wait until I can call 150 in working hours? Surely this service should have of 24 hour access? FQEs do not cover this issue.

Thank you, I was able to access MyEE at 8am and transfer data.

I’m not such an Angrymum now 😊

Too often I can't use the app to share data as it is down for improvement. Maybe things would improve if there was a dedicated data sharing app that didn't need to be taken offline as often.
