App and website error - This service is unavailable

I'm trying to switch broadband to EE and I want to review my options as I have two mobile contracts with EE. I need to check speeds, costs, discounts for mobile contracts etc. But all I get on the app is 'This service is unavailable - go to the broadband store', when I go to the broadband store I get the exact same message and go round in circles. I don't want to call as I want to read over my options and decide in my own time.

Is this a temporary error and if so, when will it be fixed?

@Salubrius : Can you get to https://ee.co.uk/broadband/deals directly from my link? After filling in your postcode & house no. It will show you the BB plans on offer to you.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

I can see the deals but as soon as I log in it says same as before. This means I can't see if there's any benefits to joining them as I already have my phone contract with them.

Would Multi Product Benefits be those you are after?

Interesting, I have two phones on unlimited contracts already, I wonder if I'll get a discount on them. I guess I'll have to ring them up after all, at least thanks to you I now know which broadband deal is appropriate for my needs.

Thank you!

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
