Sort of true.
I used to have EE sometime ago. Then Virgin gave my a good rate to use EE on there network so I did so stopped paying EE direct. The Vigin changed to O2, a disaster, so I went back to paying EE.
I have had EE for a few days now, and had a confirm email, however the MyEE app on my phone says ACCOUNT CLOSED.
I guess I have to do something to get that removed.
Any help please?

Hi @athegn2,
I have just gone through this process myself.
If you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile, or by using the live chat link, they will re-link the account for you.
It should work straight away online, although you might need to log out/in to the My EE app for the account details to show again.

@athegn2 You need to call customer services tell them you’ve rejoined EE. Your email address is still registered to the old account and because you’ve rejoined EE you can not setup a new account. You could just setup an account with a different email address if you wish. It’s the email address that’s the issue because it’s registered against an old deactivated account.
