EE one Deliveroo reward not working

Anyone else having issues with the Deliveroo reward? I’ve redeemed it and got the code to enter on Deliveroo but it doesn’t recognise it.

Are you getting any kind of error message?

Have you checked the terms on the offer to make sure that your order would be compatible with the code?

Yes I'm having the same issue. I'm following the instructions to add it to my Deliveroo account and it just says not recognised. I can't see a way to chase this up with EE?
