Still no update after online + in‑store interview — application stuck on “Proce

I’m hoping someone here can give me some guidance because I’m really stuck.

I completed both my online interview and my physical in‑store interview at the start of April for an EE Retail Advisor role. Everything seemed to go well, but since then I haven’t heard anything back.

I’ve tried every route I can think of:

• Emailed BT/EE Recruitment
• Sent messages through the BT Careers contact page (four times now)
• Checked my portal regularly


But my application has been stuck on “Processing” for weeks with no updates, and I haven’t received a single response from anyone.

I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to do at this point. Has anyone experienced this before or know how long it usually takes for recruitment to reply?

Any advice would be appreciated.
