Problem accessing NOW tv app

I should have access to NOW tv through EE but currently even though I am logged into the NOW app  I get asked to choose my membership where it is asking me to pay. I cannot get past this to watch anything Please Help!

Is it via an EE TV package that you're receiving your Now subscription? 

This should be linked to your email address when you join, so are you logging in with the same one you use for EE?

We recommend doing a password reset on this via the Now site too.
