Need an EE replacement sim sent abroad

LaurenGordon

Hello,

I rrecently lost my new phone with my EE sim inside. I'm working abroad currently on a yacht in Spain and need my old number for work and whatsapp.

How can I go about getting a replacement sim sent over? I'm unable to call EE as I have no phone. Is there a contact email where I can sort this? Or can I get someone at home to do this on my behalf?

@LaurenGordon : EE won't send SIMs outside UK.

You need to order a replacement SIM. EE will send it to your registered UK addy, where, hopefully, a pal can pick it up, make few calls & texts in UK to activate it & then dispatch it to you.

EE have no email contact. You need to phone CS.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

How about ordering eSIM QR code on email? If EE sends by post then may be someone can send you photo of it to avoid international charges? Risk is if SIM requires first activity in home network.
