I just wanted to leave a review for Kieron at your Haywards Heath branch. He was excellent.

He solved my issue of a delay by Open Reach in laying a fixed line by suggesting a 4g mobile dongle and 1 month unlimited SIM card. 

He was open, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. A credit to your company.

The ambiance in the store itself from all the staff present was also welcoming and helpful too.
