Please can you share some more information about your problem?

I have renewed my contract with Bt for broadband. They gave me a tablet as a result of this as I already have an EE mobile.
However I get messages from EE that my account is all set up now and BT told me that they would merge my accounts. However when I go into my EE account I can’t see anything about my broadband.
Please help me thanks. Thanks

Yes I have rang Ee today apparently there is a known issue they asked me to wait about a week
