When i changed over to EE I was told the termination charges with my old supplier will be paid by EE.

I have now recieved an email with the amount I need to pay. Can you advise me what I need to do next.

@FarukBhayat : You need to pay your old ISP's bill 1st & then claim back the termination charges from EE.

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.
