Getting Free PAYG Data SIM Fails

How far do you get before that error pops up? The page seems to load OK for me this morning.

@Christopher_G : I filled in whole form OK and then pressed "Send me SIM" results in that error. Will test again later.

Ah, OK. I've just filled in the form and got the same message. I'll send some feedback through about it.
