EE losing court case lawsuit

fbathich
Visitor

Just an update about my lawsuit against EE, I am pleased to update that I have won the case against EE, which I highlighted in my previous reviews. The court has ordered EE to pay me back, plus interest and court cost forthwith with a warning that goods will be removed from the premises should EE fail to pay. The court order has been sent to EE headquarters in Hatfield. I request from the EE reviewer of this update either send this update to the financial/legal department to pay me forthwith or send me the email contact of financial/legal departments to provide them with a copy of the court judgement.

Happy days guys. Although it has taken months to win, my perseverance has paid and I recommend everyone to do so if they think they have been wronged by EE.

@Adinasimpson   Have you raised a complaint to EE ?   Have you used THIS  has it been 8 weeks since you made that complaint?  Have you requested a deadlock? Has the ombudsman been involved ?    you need to do this first .

But what’s the problem?

You do need to do it 1st.  Courts require you to exhaust any complaints procedures in place before you come to them.

1st well done.

Hope my case doesn’t have to go to the courts all I want todo is log on to my accounts.

I like the ones trying to defend EE ON HERE.

This is a Community platform to air our grievances and trying to get guidance from others ,but we’re only trying to get true information.

Only an observation I thought EE  moved its registered office from Hatfield to London in June 2022

@Woody111   Who’s defending who exactly.     Who’s only stating fact and what procedure needs to be followed first.        So isn’t that guidance you’re looking for.
