EE losing court case lawsuit

fbathich
Visitor

Just an update about my lawsuit against EE, I am pleased to update that I have won the case against EE, which I highlighted in my previous reviews. The court has ordered EE to pay me back, plus interest and court cost forthwith with a warning that goods will be removed from the premises should EE fail to pay. The court order has been sent to EE headquarters in Hatfield. I request from the EE reviewer of this update either send this update to the financial/legal department to pay me forthwith or send me the email contact of financial/legal departments to provide them with a copy of the court judgement.

Happy days guys. Although it has taken months to win, my perseverance has paid and I recommend everyone to do so if they think they have been wronged by EE.

Well done! But this is not the platform for serving legal notices upon EE. Nor is there any reviewer from EE. You will need to send the Court's decision to EE in writing for them to comply with it or appeal it.

@fbathich   No one here’s knows anything about this plus that fact this is your very first comment on this public forum.      The court order has been sent to EE therefore you do not need to do anything or demand anything yourself.  Who ever you are. .

Court Orders made in open Court aren't necessarily sent to the defendant. It is up to the defendant to attend Court.

In the comment it stated it’s been sent Hatfield.

I read it that OP was asking it to be sent from here.
