Community logon issue

I've been using my  community logon for a few weeks without any problem. 

Just now it's asked me to  complete my profile or logon. I select logon but am prompted each time to complete profile!

Had to creste a new id.

So can someone find out what's going on with Neil_F

Hope I've posted in the right place.

 

I've been using the id Neil_F but yesterday I was forced to update profile or logon. I tried to logon but kept being stuck in a loop.

I created a new id Neil_F1 but really want to use the old one for continuity if nothing else.

Can anyone help here?

Sorry for the problems you've experiencing logging into the original profile you had created.  Have you followed the password reset journey to see if you can get in that way?  Here is the link >> Forgotten password? <<

Might try that. Think it happened after I added broadband as a service to my account 🤷‍♂️
