Hello, I am contacting you on behalf of a group I Chair.. namely the Friends of Seafield Gardens. We have formed a group to enable the wider Southbourne community to continue to enjoy the lovely park and facilities.
One of the challenges is there has been a recent increase in anti social behaviour and the installation of CCTV would hopefully deter this.
I believe that EE own the Water Tower in the park? I am therefore wondering if you already have CCTV that covers the Park area? If not could you assist us it getting some set up to protect the Tower, Pavilion Buildings and grounds ?

Hi there @FofSG
Thanks for coming to the community.
Does the water tower have an EE mast installed?
Leanne.

Leanne, I assume it does there are lot of masts on the top of the Tower. If it helps you to understand whether it is owned by EE; the address of the Water Tower is Seafield Road Tower, Water Tower, Bournemouth BH6 3EU

There is EE equipment on top of (what looks to me) a folly in the middle Seafield Park, but it's not an additional tower. This existing third party structure is also shared with other operators.
The usual setup is that operators using the structure will have a legal agreement with the landowner, but only EE/MBNL estates would be able to confirm for sure. There will be a contact number on the public "access to the site for enquiries.

@FofSG Given that the tower was refurbished by PAYE https://paye.net/projects/transport-utilities/seafield-water-tower/ and who list the client as NET CS https://www.netcs.co.uk/ I would have thought they would be the people you should be contacting.
Is the rest of the park not owned by BCP? Have you spoken to them?

Thanks Mustram, the Group is working with the Bowls and Tennis club at Seafield Gardens, we have a councillor on our committee who has links into BCP. I am aware of the PAYE and NET CS. I believe it is likely that NET CS would have been contracted to Project Manage the recent works. I have been informed that EE own the Tower, which is why I am reaching out to EE for any assistance they might be able to offer with CCTV provision. Hopefully someone from EE can confirm or deny ownership.

Who has informed you of this?
Your point of contact would be EE/MBNL Estates
