I have a customer that recently upgraded from BT ADSL to EE Fibre including TV and Telephone.
Customers were assured they would not lose their existing number but seems a port was not requested.
Can someone try to help us recover the number please?

@F1aw1ess Yes really, as this is a public forum you should expect a member of this forum to reply to you. This isn’t customer service’s and there is no account access from here.

@F1aw1ess No one even knows who you are, if you are not the account holder then have them call EE CS to try to get the number previously that they had before time runs out.

I thought maybe the EE forum mods would have the same powers as the guys over on the BT forums considering you are now one and the same, the mods over at BT are very helpful when it's either too complicated for line 1's or time sensitive as in this case, my mistake for hoping it would be as helpful and friendly in here.

EE & BT are not the same. Here Mods moderate the contents to conform to Community Guidelines.
