i ordered one sim only unlimited for £14 a month but on the confirmation email it says there is two of the same contracts and i have two packages, i want to cancel one of them because it’s unwanted and i didn’t add them

If you wish to cancel one of the lines you will need to speak with customer services on 150.

i tried that before commenting here. they said the team that fix this are not in today because of christmas. im worried i can’t cancel the sim card before it arrives

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

@amirhossein2 the channel returns team direct number from a landline is 0800 079 0103 select option 1.
