cancelled ee broadband and phone in august but ee only cancelled by contract yesterday and ive overpaid ee by 77-57 ..taken months money out of my 77-57 overpayment and now left with 38-62 not had ay ee service since september ,,spoke to advisor he addmitted it was there fault but not getting the full amount back also paid september bill of 40 pounds and should not have which both advisors i spoke to agreed absolute joke ee and still waiting for my old phone number to be transferred over

May as well talk to a brick wall sent complaint and also ombudsman involved
