why do i get charged £7.98 for late payment when i upgraded and paid my bill on the phone its a joke. Im in the mood to just cancel everything. I ring then up 3 times. I givve up with ee. been with them for over 10 years. Have two mobiles one watch and broadband and im thinking now of cancelling everything

If your bill was paid on-time, you should query the charge with EE-CS who have access to your individual account.
