Hi ee, I had an standing order on 30th August I did not have enough fund in my account and the bank declined it. I just noticed it and put enough money in my bank. Can you please let me know what should I do? Would you collect this amount in future? ...

I would like to know why I have been paying more then my monthly fee my bill should be £59.99 and since may it’s been £69 can someone please look into this for me as I don’t want to be paying more then £59.99 thanks
