Why has my account been suspended but I’m in credit for £12?

I last paid my bill 2 weeks ago and far as I’m concerned have no outstanding bills ? 
I’m so confused my account has just been suspended randomly even though it says my last bill has been paid & im in credit for £12 ?

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 or via live chat.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
I can’t call 150 it doesn’t let me it says it’s not available please contact our customer care but it won’t let me ??? How can I sort this problem and I can’t find how to live chat I’m really stuck
