Upgrade offered on EE App

Hello

I have a Smart Watch which is due to end in November and says I can upgrade early on the EE App but have to pay a small amount. 

So if I chose a product it says Sorry no offers available to you at the moment. 

What's that about?

It seems to me that the online system is having problems finding a similar plan to the one you're on for the watch. If you give us a call on 150, they'll be able to check manually for you and let you know what's available.

Yes, the system will automatically be searching for a watch plan, but may be having problems finding one, @Profile closed. If you're looking to upgrade to something else, have a chat with the Mobile Care team and they'll be able to run through options.
