I have just tried to upgrade my phone as contract runs out tomorrow , can’t believe that it is ridiculously more expensive , we couldn’t match any offer or offer anything which is poor considering I have 2 phone lines with them , an Apple Watch plus I have been with them for years ans there has been lots of problems with reception in my area that I have patiently waited to be fixed . The advisor I spoke to was not able to offer anything to keep me which has never happens before . Really disappointed

I think you may need to think a bit more on upgrades. Given that any contract seems to go up 10% every year, the way to go about mobile phone stuff has changed!
One way maybe to do it is switch to a sim only deal, and buy the phone you want. Do the maths - how does it work for you?
